Open Door Exmouth

Based in Exmouth, Open Door is a charity that for over 30 years has been developing projects to address the needs of people living in the surrounding area.  They have evolved over the years from a homeless drop in provision to now being able to offer projects that aim to meet the needs of the most vulnerable, disadvantaged and marginalised people, with the aim of combating isolation, developing skills, promoting positive mental health and wellbeing and generally supporting those in the community who are most in need.  They run a community café, craft room, Men’s Shed, provide mentoring sessions to young people and have a hub for parents supporting them in various parenting matters, mental health, food poverty and much more.  Their door is truly always open to people in need and we are thankful to them for this and pleased to be able to help them continue providing such wonderful services.
