All Change Arts Limited

A grant report sent to us from All Change, a charity based in Islington, north London, contained this joyful photograph which shows residents of extra care housing enjoying participating in the charity’s activities.  We supported ‘Going Places’, their rolling programme of free art projects which engages vulnerable older and disadvantaged people in Islington and the surrounding areas and the weekly, artist led, sessions they offer provide social connection and stimulating art experiences.

In their work, All Change also employ local young people aged 16-25 on projects to provide support and work experience for those interested in the creative industries but who face barriers to entering the job market.  Tolu Elufowoju who took this photograph is one of their Young Creatives and is beginning to forge a career as a freelance photographer.
