It was good to hear from The Andrew Simpson Foundation (ASF) and to see some of the lovely photographs they had taken of young people enjoying the ‘Aiming High’ sailing programme we helped fund. Aiming High is a 6-week course run by the charity, specifically designed for young people who have a physical or learning disability, to give them the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from the challenges of sailing. Participating in sailing and watersports helps build self-confidence, develops essential life skills and enhances wellbeing. The charity believe that every single young person deserves to feel confident, be healthy and know their worth. We second that!
